Gym Rules
The gym is for the use of CURRENT CLUB MEMBERS only
Junior members, under 16 years, may ONLY use the gym during supervised, scheduled training sessions
Induction Training must be completed before using the gym facilities
Use equipment at your own risk
Use the equipment only for its intended purpose
Check the equipment before use
Do not attempt to modify the equipment in any way
The club accept no responsibility for accidents or injuries incurred while using these facilities
Return all weights, gym equipment and mats after use
Do not drop the weights
Attempting to lift weights that are too heavy for you will cause injury. Do not attempt to pick up weights beyond your ability.
Wipe down equipment, with your gym towel, after each use
Do not take any items from the gym and do not bring additional equipment into the gym space
Do not leave any items in the gym space
Keep the gym tidy
